For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. This means that an article must be in good condition and should function properly in normal use. When you receive an article that is not the case, we offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible. Depending on the article we do this by substitution, repair or refund.
In addition to the statutory warranty, certain items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. A factory warranty is an additional warranty given by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer may set conditions for this guarantee. Also, the warranty duration depends on the manufacturer. More information about the manufacturer's warranty can be found in the article documentation.
After receiving the ordered product, CREEPZ uses a doubt period of 28 working days. Within these 28 working days you can return and/or exchange the received product without giving any reason. This can only be complete, unused and undamaged. This also applies to the packaging of the product. The return costs will be borne by the customer.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM? THEN MAKE SURE:
- The article is in the original packaging;
- All labels and cards are attached to the article;
- You always have a box or envelope to do the article;
- You clearly mention the address of CREEPZ;
- You have added a letter with your address details and the order number.
- You never dichtplakt or describe the original packaging.
If the return is not provided in accordance with the above rules, it cannot be processed.

Add a letter with your address details, bank account and order number. Also mention what you want, Exchange or return.
Send the product always returned, unstamped returns are not delivered to us by the post. The cost of the return shipment is for your own account. If products are not delivered according to the original order (wrong size, manufacturing error) then the return cost on behalf of CREEPZ. These will be repaid back to your bank account afterwards. These should always be paid in advance.
Please note: When you return a postage stamp, you will not receive a shipping receipt. In such cases, CREEPZ cannot accept liability for the search of packets. Our advice is always to have a package stamp.
Please keep the receipt. It can come in handy when tracing the package.
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If you want to exchange an article, you can indicate it in a letter. Fill in the item number and size for which you would like to exchange your returned item. You don't have to place a new order. We do not recalculate shipping costs to send the new item. Please note that the item is not exchanged until the returned item is within us. When the item that is requested is no longer in stock, we will refund the amount on your account.
